Beskrivelse

Volcano - carbide milling cutter with DLC coating for increased performance, combined with high cutting performance and maximum tool life. The DLC wear protection achieves a high cutter hardness and a smooth, pore-free cutter surface. This increases cutter hardness and reduces frictional resistance. The wear resistance is increased and premature chipping of the cutter cutting edges is prevented, thus considerably extending the service life of the cutters.
Grinding 30 = For fine finishing of all alloys and composites.
Speed recommendations - laboratory milling cutters.
  • 010 - 023 = 5,000 - 40,000 rpm.
  • 025 - 045 = 15,000 - 30,000 rpm.
  • 050 - 080 = 15,000 - 20,000 rpm.
  • Model casting technique, crown/bridge technique, veneering and cramic technique
Failure to observe the maximum permissible speed leads to an increased safety risk.
What is Lorem Ipsum? Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry.
