Light-curing resin for the generative fabrication of dental models V-Print model 2.0 - THE MULTITALENT FOR MODELS IN THE LABORATORY AND PRACTICE! Fast and precise. Even with layer thicknesses of 100 μm, models made from V-Print model 2.0 exhibit a very high level of accuracy, as heatmap analyses prove. The high layer thickness also saves time: printing with 100 μm is twice as fast as with 50 μm, without sacrificing precision. The scratch-resistant and dimensionally stable surface allows the restoration to fit reliably on the printed model, even around the edges. Models for the thermoforming technique - whether for aligners or retainers In addition to working and presentation models, V-Print model 2.0 can be used to digitally produce aligner or retainer models. This again saves time compared to the conventional production of splints. There is no need to change materials and therefore no need to replace the tray. Practical application In addition to the technical performance parameters, V- Print model 2.0 also impresses in terms of handling: the beige-colored matt models are particularly practical for prosthetic work. The high contrast enables the best possible visual control of the restorations on dies. Like all materials in the V-Print family, V-Print model 2.0 can be ground precisely without chipping and with good chip formation. The instruments remain clean without smearing. All V-Print materials, including V-Print model 2.0, are immediately ready for printing and do not require time-consuming shaking. Nitrogen is also not required for post-exposure, which not only supports work safety but also contributes to further process optimization.
