Beskrivelse

SIMPLEX 2 filaments - filament for orthodontic model fabrication
SIMPLEX 2 filaments represent a new generation of filaments for dental 3D printing. The high-quality special filaments are suitable for the special requirements in the orthodontic field: they are harmless to health and have excellent mechanical and physical properties. The high consistency and dimensional accuracy of the filaments enable detailed print quality. The clearly defined filament selection, designed for the respective area of application, ensures optimum results.

Advantages

  • Orthodontic models print at a high level thanks to dental-specific premium materials
  • High process reliability thanks to a filament selection tailored to the application and 3D printer
  • Efficient and health-friendly printing of orthodontic models without post-processing, cleaning, light curing or harmful vapors
details
  • Dental-specific filaments, tailored to the 3D printing of orthodontic models
  • No post-processing with chemicals and in the light oven necessary
  • 100% free of irritating components - no harmful vapors during the printing process
  • Bio-filaments are recyclable and industrially compostable
  • Sustainable, environmentally friendly and cost-effective printing
  • Bio-filaments comply with the ISO 5425 standard
  • Excellent mechanical and physical printing properties (e.g. layer and print bed adhesion)
  • Uniform diameter (1.75 mm) and roundness over the entire filament length for process-stable 3D printing and detailed results
  • Supplied in a resealable aluminum bag (vacuum-sealed) to protect against moisture and exposure to light
Important note: SIMPLEX sliceware version ≥ 1.1.3 is required for use in the SIMPLEX 3D filament printer system.

The SIMPLEX multi-use model 2 bio-filament is characterized by an innovative formulation with anhydride components, which makes it more efficient than plaster-like filaments. The result is precise planning and diagnostic models with a silky-matt surface and high detail reproduction. It complies with the ISO 5425 standard, is free from irritants, does not produce any irritating or harmful vapors during the printing process and is both recyclable and industrially compostable. It can also be optimally processed with rotary instruments and scalpels.

Printing temperature: 190 - 220°C

What is Lorem Ipsum? Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum. Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
