Beskrivelse

Set for processing sintered and unsintered zirconia (laboratory).

The kit includes:
  • Laboratory diamond grinder, normal grit:
for cutting the crown or bridge free from the pre-sintered zirconia blank. Can also be used to deepen and finish the separations and occlusal grooves.
  • Laboratory diamond grinder with ultra-fine grit, white ring:
Creates a very smooth, almost shiny surface on pre-sintered zirconia.
Ideal for finishing contour surfaces that are not coated with ceramic
    .
  • Laboratory diamond bur with ultra-fine grit, white ring:
Produces a very smooth, almost glossy surface on pre-sintered zirconia.
Ideal for finalizing contour surfaces that are not coated with ceramic
    .
  • Carbide bur for the laboratory, cross-cut extra-fine, yellow ring, head section: 3 mm:
    Materials: composites, metal alloys, titanium.
For finishing occlusal grooves and separations.
  • Carbide bur for the laboratory, extra-fine cross serration, yellow ring, head section: 6 mm:
    Materials: composites, metal alloys, titanium.
Ideal for smoothing curved surfaces closer to the margin.
  • Carbide bur for the laboratory, cross-cut extra-fine, yellow ring, head section: 8 mm:
    Materials: composites, metal alloys, titanium.
Leveling and smoothing of the crown surface.
  • Carbide bur for the laboratory, cross-cut extra-fine, yellow ring, head section: 15 mm:
    Materials: composites, metal alloys, titanium.
For smoothing the surface of straight surfaces and for removing and smoothing connector stumps.
  • Rigid SUPERDIAFLEX diamond disk, double-sided, with extra fine grit, yellow ring:
For cutting off the sprues of sintered zirconia. When cutting, keep
keep some distance from the crown when cutting to avoid microcracks due to local overheating.
Lion diamond grinder (7 pieces):
Developed for zirconium and lithium disilicate but also excellent for all other tooth preparations.
The advantages over conventionally manufactured grinders:
They work
  • fast and durable on hard ceramics such as zirconia and lithium disilicate
  • even faster - shorter "chairtime" due to at least 20% higher cutting performance (mm/min.)
on all other materials
  • Cooler with the same treatment time
  • more favorable price-performance ratio
What is Lorem Ipsum? Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum. Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
