High-fusing veneering ceramic.
HeraCeram® is the high-fusing veneering ceramic for bonding alloys in a CTE range of 13.5 - 14.9 μm/mK. Due to the low firing temperatures of maximum 880 C, all alloys in this CTE range can be processed safely. For esthetic design, HeraCeram® offers a comprehensive range of individual materials in addition to optimally coordinated opaque, dentine and incisal materials. They achieve reliable shade results even with low layer thicknesses. The stability of the materials and the low firing shrinkage ensure high dimensional stability of the veneer. With a dense, extremely smooth surface, HeraCeram® protects the antagonist and ensures high plaque resistance and gingiva-friendliness.
