GC Initial™ CAST NP is a cobalt-chromium-based casting alloy for the fabrication of crowns and bridges with a suitable metal veneering ceramic or acrylic veneering material.
With its excellent technical properties and optimum casting characteristics, it offers simple and uncomplicated handling. Thanks to the extra-fine molecular structure, a smooth and compact surface can be achieved after the casting process.
Even after repeated firing, the alloy has reduced oxide formation, which improves the aesthetic result. The thermal expansion of 14.1 x 10-6 K-1 is compatible with most common metal veneering ceramics on the market.
The alloy is highly corrosion resistant and free of beryllium, indium and gallium.
