Beskrivelse
For processing plaster models. The phase grinding guarantees high material removal and a smooth material surface. The counter-clockwise toothing ensures reliable processing as the cutter shank does not pull out of the collet even when removing large amounts of material. The large chip spaces ensure optimum chip transport and prevent clogging of the milling cutter. The phase grinding gives the milling cutter particularly smooth running, is easy to guide and does not catch. Speed recommendations - laboratory milling cutters.
010 - 023 = 5,000 - 40,000 rpm.
025 - 045 = 15,000 - 30,000 rpm.
050 - 080 = 15,000 - 20,000 rpm.
Model production
Failure to observe the maximum permissible speed leads to an increased safety risk. For milling cutters with grinding codes 40 - 85, grinding movements must be carried out under constant pressure and in compliance with the specified speeds.
What is Lorem Ipsum?
